Yes, you’ll need to remove the airbox. Not a biggy though... You won’t need to remove it for filter replacement though. You can push the filters...
The mesh is riveted to the alloy channel and the channel bolted through the airbox. Nylocs and lock nuts on the outside. :upyeah:
I reckon it’s the way to go. They are about £115 for the BMCs but they last for a good 10 years.

Ok. I did similar a few weeks ago. You could take this approach, I think it’s better at least then the over the throttle jobbies or try the BMC...
