the high levels look nice,i have boss low levels on mine but i might make some high levels time permiting...wot are your headers coated with??
cut them to 400mm and see if you can shorten the link pipes......bikes lookin good.

if you wont them just for the dyno just use a stright lengths and keep cutting a 1" off after each run until you find optimum length,diffrent...
I have a 600ss one red lol the paint is in good order but it had had sum sort of sealer inside....does anyone have a scrap tank...pattern needed.
i used them on my rvf400 but went for pro bolt rather than some chinese ones off ebay that arrive in a brown bag.

I managed to get a 750 paso one from the states so problem solved.
I recon you've done well to squeeze it into your garage...looks good enjoy.
just had a look at my clutch conversion today and the 750 plates go straight into the 916 basket,it must be the steels that are different.[ATTACH]...
a bit of progress today,i got some 916 clutch parts today case primary gears clutch drum spacer and nut,there is some machining to do on the 750...
let get this one out the way first and I will have a go,i have a Norton tank to eye up.
