Update - spoke with Maxton and they said that they don't supply one for the M900 with the shock as typically its sold minus the remote reservoir....

TCX waterproof boots here - wear them as much off the bike as on it :)
Looks much better with low mount exhausts on in my opinion. I'd assume that you use those pins in the tube with some pliers perhaps?
