Blowing up the picture, the tank appears to be hitting the steering damper mounting. Better budget for a new tank.

Searched some threads, and sorting it out seemed to vary from new cartridges, up to a new aftermarket front end. And Ducati denying there is an issue.
Read some threads, about the rebound damping on base 1199 Marzocchi forks being dodgy. And failing in quite a few cases. Is the base 1299...

Tried a 1199 a few years ago, and I was ok on it. Can't remember if it was a 1299 or a V4 I also sat on, but that was higher.
Was that an R or RR? I had an R when my RR was in for a service, and I think it was lower. Or maybe just being sat more upright helped.
I'm not slim, but my thigh is only 22". Comes down to how wide the front of the seat is I guess. My S1000RR was lower, but maybe the seat/frame...
I'm a couple of inches less, with a 28.5" inseam so am I going to struggle?
