To add confusion to the mix, I thought that the tyre pressure depended more on the tyre, not the bike, I'd ask a tyre fitter....
I've had similar with rear brake switch, tester said you'll be pulling the front brake anyway so the light will come on anyway...

Could be a break in the coil that is apparent when bits warm up and move? Or similar for the sensor?
Poor electrical connection that's separating when it gets warmed up?
