I use Navigon, but it's now a bit pricey for full Europe maps. Copilot seems good value for money. If I was buying now, I'd probably go for that.

In October I got £8K trade-in for my 2011 Multi with approx 24K on the clock, and that was from a Honda dealer. Sounds yours is taking the piss.
