If it is covered with surface corrosion, its OEM. Simples! :-)
You can get the spacers from Ducati. Otherwise just use a stack of steel washers to the requisite thickness on each of the two bolts.

My 1299 was the same
Most levers have a tiny grub-screw that locks the pin into the pivot. Has yours? Did you loosen it before unscrewing the pin?
