Seems low to me, spec is IIRC around 150psi, but check again when hot as it may make the difference. My M900 with high-comp pistons, when tested...
My Monster is a carby version but I have a (steel) tank from a 900ie which has the internal pump. I had to add wiring for it and devise a 'loop'...
The carby tanks have an external fuel pump which is vacuum controlled from one of the intake manifolds, 900ie tanks have the internal electric...
Just get it polished, it should come up shiny enough...

It's the 'brake fluid heat transfer bracket', especially designed to radiate extra exhaust heat to the brake master cylinder to keep the fluid...
I use NGK iridium in my 916, runs great. That said I can't really say it's any better than with non-iridium (NGK) but definitely not a problem,...

Agreed on the MBP collets, I have them on both my bikes. I fitted them to the 916 a few years back and haven't needed to adjust any clearances...

The 50mm system is too big for a standard engine, even a 916/996 and especially a 748. So unless it's seriously tuned it doesn't give more power...
