I'm in the gym 5 times per week, mostly weights and some work on the bike. I use lighter weights with slower and more intense reps than I used to....
When I built my bikes i retained the 1098 sticks then ran an extension from these to the desired (correct for engine) plug caps. Worked perfectly...

^What he said. The filter is recessed and (if tight) can be an arse to get out. I've found one of those cup jobbies best.
