And now we know why it's high,just picked the bike up from 15000 Desmond service. The dealer did a compression check,rear cylinder 180 front 125.

Aha I'm 2012 MTS and didn't use a drop till around 11000 miles,then using about 600ml per 1000 miles
And did it always use similar amount of oil?
