I'd try the 19mm M/C upgrade first. If still unhappy you can add M4's and they'd be ok with the new M/C. Z04 are good but V pricey! I use/rate TRW...

Decent brake fluid makes a difference as well (for track) I use AP Racing Formula Dot 5.1.
