Speedy moto top yoke fitted. Needed to drop the forks about 10 mm to get the fork tops flush with the yoke. Raised the bars about another 10 mm...

Agreed. I think the fork legs aren't flush cause it's only got a speedy moto top yoke as well! ;-)
Now that is good! It already has all the right bits. The only thing I can see is it still has the standard seat. You might want to change that if...

Might help if you can pull the rear wheel off. Should be on the caliper mount.
