The USB lead with the 3 way male Superseal connector is the programming lead for the TCS
Electrical gremlins normally means new ignition/coil/pump relay
The most likely culprit will be a relay. Cheap to replace.

SBK1198TSE is the stock ECU message
It is attached to the left hand ECU connector. Just trace the wires back a and you will find it.

If you are after the diagnostic port it is to the left of the ECU. It should have a protective cap on it.
