Sensitive throttle can be deadened a bit with an o ring between the throttle tube and the housing. But really needs a remap to get rid of the fuel...

1199 is like a big 2 stroke. Make sure the water pump gears aren't eating each other.
So they are getting a correct clearance with two different thickness bearings? Interesting.
Brad Black (I think) has done an article on crank preload. I usually follow his suggestions and have had no problems.
