You buy a 55mm Impact socket and a battery/electric Impact gun, I'd suggest with at least 450 Nm torque and You're done.

Sorted, cheers. It was just me being a knob, you turn the flap and lower it one way or the other, the correct way seals it, the way I turned it,...
It has an aftermarket keyless cap. I put it in and turned the flap on top....no matter which way you do it it seems to still be a bit loose ?!?!?...
