yup. never goes back. i remember when they put VAT up to 20% it was just for a year or so. and we will never get it back to where it was now.
don't forget 20% vat on those italian registered nonexistent prototypes as they are under 6k on the clock, so will not be considered as used by hmrc.

sorting out logistics for that one. costs are mounting . approaching ducati italy to pay for some of that as they can end up with amazing content.
