No the MTS1200 doesn't have anything like that, the only restriction would be if you had a French model restricted to 100BHP
If its a seized ex valve it would be covered by warranty
Sounds like the exhaust valve is seized
you can order one from a dealer they should be able to get one in a couple of days part number 53040021A about £31 inc VAT
