Pilot Road 5 are good but maybe they have overdone the dual compound as sides ware a lot even for my pace. Maybe Pilot 4 if you can get them.

Sorry Can't be 100% but I think you lift it and it comes off. It then drops into the guts of the engine and takes 15 mins and a magnet to find....
