I've ridden my 1260S with Road 5s too, now on my second set. To date, absolutely no weave issues whatsoever, either on my own or with the bike...
Added to which, the simple fact that unless seriously modified the damn thing wouldn't ever have had a chance of getting anywhere near 200 MPH....
AND make sure you change it to suit you; don't leave it as default!
