Special lines fitted to the 998, not sure about the Rs. I think the others/older ones just have the single line with no inner.
If you’re missing the oil cooler, Tom Irvine has one for the 996R/998R. (The fittings are different to the 998S).

Just putting the bike back together, needed a 32mm socket 3/4” drive to take the front sprocket off. 3/4” as that’s what my impact wrench is....
