I’ve been caught out twice by KTM. Picked up my 790R a couple of weeks ago with a decent discount, so hopefully shouldn’t lose as much on this one.
Maybe if they painted the swingarm black, it would blend in better.

You could just get some decent chain lube! I use the SDOC100 white lube, and it doesn’t fling at all.
