My son has a parcel from the USA every couple of months and always gets an invoice from Parcel force to pay import fees etc.

I can only think recess down to not put too much load on centre of bearing or recess up to even load when tightening up ? maybe to save weight :D
Head bearings in and everything nipped up, Fitted steering stem top nut recesses facing down (correct way) ? Next job wheel bearings. [ATTACH]...
