I have a life at the weekends. Just on the treadmill of shitty life in the week, cleaning the bike is a worthwhile distraction tbh.

Gym & swim, smoked salmon lunch, few hours on the bike, few beers with a mate at the pub, steak for dinner. Perfect day.
