I replaced the OE coffin reservoirs on my 749 track bike with remote reservoirs mounted on 1.6mm thick alloy brackets. I did this over 10 years...
The master cylinder reservoirs on older models don’t wobble like that, so what’s changed? Same vibes, suspension movements yet the old brackets...

Quick up and down the driveway test indicates reduced squealing after toasting pads and emery on discs. We shall see if it lasts.

The squeal started approximately after this winter season I think. I will try the blowtorch recommendation and see what that does.
Or just replace the seal?
