May I say, in my opinion, those D16 fake tails look a bit naff. Original svelte shape is so much more in keeping with the design of the bike.

998 and 1098 do not have the same testastretta head design. I believe they both however have a valve check interval of 7500miles.
Any major brand DOT4 should do I reckon.
