One could always wire in an in line switch from Halfords with twisted together wiring connections to slave in an on/off switch…
They are permanently on. No switch. It’s “for your safety” - bureaucrats know best!

Dunno - it’s standard fitment on an S. I feel sure that one could look it up, perhaps in the parts catalogue (used to be available on Ducati.com)
You could try an Ohlins rear shock from an 1100S although that only has preload and rebound damping adjustment. I find mine is likely over sprung...
Also, the wheels are not forged on that bike, despite the stickers on them.

Bike upright, nobody on it. Pull upwards to extend the forks (or put on a centre stand type thing). Measure length between fork stanchion and axle...
I heard that the suspension components on the Evo were not as good as the previous 1100 models. I have an 1100S with branded Ohlins but it ain’t...
