This is a mount i designed for my last hyper....now this was designed to bolt to the mount youre missing and also double up as a muguard...

If and when you get one...when you fit it try to find somewhere where it cant be found and, not under anything metal...ie a tank (if its metal)....

Good question....you could get the flat spot " mapped out " drill out the valve and get a bit more....im not sure if race headers have a larger...
1. Depends what youre doing with the exhaust system...if youre leaving it stock...then all drillingvthe valve out will do it make more noise...not...
Im sure you can do both....you can definately do a 2 pac powder coat...my ktm has an undercoat weather proof coating and a top coat...
or if your really rich....cerakote or xylan..
id say galvanize then powder coat...the weather here will eat it alive...especially if your by the sea..

Mine does have a minimum shift speed (i think its 5 or 6k or something like that) - not sure if the newer ones are any different though....
It "should" adjust depending on the revs....pretty sure mine does as its pretty smooth....i guess if it wasnt my gearbox would be toast by now...

Strange id say my retro fitted factory qs is the best ive used...RSV4 though...having said that ive got a modded ecu though...
