The stock brakes aren’t high end, they’re crap. Switching to Serie Oro discs & brembo racing pads cured the issue completely on my bike.
If it takes the pressure off the neck and shoulders, that’d be a good start.
I’d be interested to hear from anyone that’s tried the bike with and without the fly screen if it makes a significant difference? I’ve got a test...

It’s the brake discs. Mine used to do it, then went away when I replaced the discs.
