You could install 4 pad radial calipers from 749/999. Also fitted to Aprillia RSV/BMW S1000 etc so plenty around in silver or gold colour.
Those brakes are not an upgrade. They are merely radial versions of the original 996 brakes. A better upgrade would be 4 pad axial calipers on...

Looks ok to me if you want a bike for road and Trackdays. As long as the belts haven’t snapped it doesn’t matter that they haven’t been changed....
