Not had that issue myself. Try the usual...heat, mole grips...penetrating oil etc I once managed to remove a mangled nut by filing it down on one...

Not sure I get your drift...did the clutch lever fall off? What year bike? Early 748’s didn’t have a cam adjuster on the lever.
