Just going to Bury....h-ot!!
Potential track bike bargain?...
Like @Cream_Revenge said...bleed banjo at m/cyl is the way to go if the m/cyl doesn't already have a nipple.
Depends on speed, temperature, pressure... I put a 180/60 on my M1100 once for a Trackday. There was visible clearance between tyre and hugger...
I'm a standard sized short-arse type (10 stone, 5ft7)..I have a 916,749 and 1098, none of them are uncomfortable for me. I was just warning the OP...
Whatever garage did that must be a bit crap. My recommendation is that you take it elsewhere next time...or do it yourself for a fraction of the cost.
Don't go anywhere near a 748/9*6 if you think the 848 riding position is extreme!

So I heard...
Unusual pillion pad..photo no 1.
I got these (190/55 for my 1098)....good for exactly what you describe and also a veritable bargain......
Is that a prototype tyre too? Seriously rare!
I think you can call it what you like...it's your bike. Anyway....when you FINALLY reveal the finished bike, I suggest you edit the thread title...
Perfect weather unfortunately does not override "no taste"....
What you on about there?!
Only for removal... Not good for accurate installation torqueing.
@Hughdg ...beginning to get a complex!
That's the basic plan. The relay is on a long enough wire to allow it to be moved above the battery.
That looks like the starter relay. The one you need to relocate is rectangular plastic. You need to remove the battery box to get to it.
DP/FG Gubbelini stands have a bar that slots in to prevent wheel rotating.
