i peronally would go forged oz or marchesini i sold my bst wheels as i was starting no have doubts about them.
It will but I think you have to trim the chain guard for the bigger tyre. I've got 6 inch wheel on my 996 and had to trim it.
I had ebc discs on my r1 they were horrid. Swapped them out for series oro brembos and sc pads the improvement was night and day . Ebc brakes went...

dont forget its not the over lightness of the wheel but where the weight is, oz gass have the rim machined to make the outer lighter.

i wouldnt bother with an aston, over rated and mega expensive, get an xkr jag, 3rd of the price and just as fast, and quicker.
