throttle bodies needing balanced it sounds like....or TPS needing reset.....when its turning over to start does it sound like the battery has...
theyrs two types..the motorsport ones made in britain are the race .....and the french ones are sticky but for road use ...
were you running th proper gearing for the track?

itll lift everything..i was grinding engine cases till i lifted the rear
try raising your rider height by few mm's thatll help with clearance a lot
