Remove bolts. Wet and dry 1200 grit. Metal polish. Clear lacquer heads of bolts. Refit torquing to 28-32 Nm with medium thread lock.
Got a set of decat and EXUP removed headers for my Daytona 675 off the bay. Good price too. Nice option to have.
