doesn't surprise me at all...most of my hypers fixings have been replaced. A shed load of powder coating done..its what comes with the territory.

Nope. 1098 all the way....managed to hold on to my project ktm 525 so ive got 2 tards now...so if i loose the hyper a streetfighter will fit right in!

Id just like to add that even if the screw did get down there then the actual point at where the fuel is taken in is actually about 10 to 20mm up...
Ah....thats ducati right there....that...was exactly the same as the fuel pump i just took off earlier on....
Just finished putting it all back together - new seal in (fucking 33 quid for a rubber o ring!) and got a good seal - definitely no screw in...
Yep - just finished replacing the fuel pump seal on my hyper - as per usual with ducati's all the alloy around the fuel pump casting has gone...
