Much depends on the bike. I doubt anyone here can seriously thrash an 1199 on the road. A 125 Yamaha on the other hand would be a different game...
The general rule seems to be that a basic 853 conversion adds 10% more power and 10% more torque. Heard that from a few experienced mechanics.

Its got a Honda engine...that guzzles fuel at an alarming rate.
I always think matte or satin has a more 'race' look. I'm not keen on high gloss carbon.
