I think it’s this you need to adjust. 12 or 13mm it looks like but you need to remove some of the plastics. Can’t recall how much.[ATTACH]
I had it fitted and it definitely offered better protection. However it’s very subjective and will depend on your height/riding position/helmet...

I very much doubt it. It’s so tight as it is and you completely remove the oem cover (which I’m assuming is what the carbon cover would replace).
