certainly sounds like you have a blow fork seal i wouldnt advise riding it mate as oil can get on the tyre and the brakes, if it were me id change...
i know mines not an 1199 but i bought an 1198 standard spec with showa forks,no traction no fancy wheels no quick shifter, and absolutley love it,...
