I noticed the same about Scottish roads. Got 2500 out the rear Pirelli scorpion on my pikes peak.
The brake is good for one finger operation I feel.

It’s not like I use the clutch much these days but just sitting at junctions etc it’s uncomfortable. I really like the shorty brake though
My bike came with Evotech shorty levers, I like the brake but find the clutch very uncomfortable to use. I like to use 4 fingers on the clutch...
Anyone notice the clutch biting point is almost at full lever release???
