As you say, there is no comparison with Moto Gp, but as for racing miles i was meant to say approx 10000 laps with practice,qualiyfying ,races etc...
I am trying to find the number of practice and race laps completed, but i remember reading a article and it was many thousands of miles ,maybe ten...
If you see how many racing miles are undertaken at the TT ,and then think about how few accidents there are ?
