Yes mate straight fit,i had a map put on mine as there is no Ducati upmap for a full system,JHP or Rapido will sort that out.

There is a third bolt up by the rear header, I think the pillion footrests will go on but it's a bit tight.
Just offered up rear footrests to my 1299 with the standard R Carbon heatshield fitted, looks like the they will fit ok.
