i think the hip word is patina,chips and age related marks are all part of a bikes history but to put a dirty bike in a showroom is not a good...

I would say yes it will,i think the 2 rear mounting points are the same but you will have to drill a hole in the subframe for the front mounting...
Or try to hammer in a over size torx bit on a long 3/8 extension and hope you can get enough purchase to snap the bolt as i doubt you will get it...
