I think they all do, but transforms the bike when you add some preload.
The link I added above should be the 2016 DVT standard bike. It gives standard settings, just not front preload. DVT S riders use what I posted...
Have you got a DVT or a 2013 bike? I think its in the S model DVT manual, I couldn't find ot in the link I put up to the standard DVT bike.

Page 271-274 in the 1200 DVT manual, descibes standard rear and front comp/reb but not preload....
In my manual, it may be hidden somewhere, but it does mention how to adjust the preload. And where it mentions it, it also says how many turns...
