Did you make sure to bleed nipple by the master cylinder? Otherwise wrap a bungie cord round the lever, pull it back to the bar and leave it...

One other quick update, I was getting a lot of juddering at very low speeds (as I came up to a junction). I upgraded the discs to Brembo Oro ones...
