    Interesting. Matches up with a recent test ride. I blamed the tyre pressures..in 1260 form it IS a long bike now. Longer than the GS by 30-40mm....

    I have changed up without a shifter for years, Multistrada 1200, FZ1 even a 2014 GS. No issues if timed right.

    If they are using timing chain instead of belt, lets hope it is of better quality than the final drive chains we have seen!
