Empirically speaking, hot start issues tend to end in a new sprag clutch in a few thousand more miles. Not a difficult job to do though.

1098R pegs are the best if you can find a set. The DP race seat is the best. Most comfy oddly enough (i had sargent and its no where near as comfy)
In my experience you can get 25m when light comes. I would recommend you use 20m as your limit as i was on fumes. I agree with cookie, 90m on a tank.
