what is the standard size? you could go -1 front and 42 rear, that may help with the chain angle and still give equivalent of +2 on the rear
It is spitting unburned fuel and thats why its popping when you shut the throttle. Quite common on after market systems IME Does it rev cleanly...
you may need to redo the sag a bit.
+1 Exhaust valve matey. It doesn't feel like a 1098 for sure, much smoother, but good for 140+ ;)
