also the engine number should have an R after zdm748R not W ...which standing for a lot of things W is a base engine... still, its got samco...
to paint the frame it has obviously been completely apart so it could be anything or a mix of everything....but no shower inj no R, no two piece...
that ign pick up lead you had disconnected .... disconnect that and test it again...see if the specific error code comes up for that? you...

So your v coil is the original and the front has been changed ....
Ignition off, press and hold down left button, then switch ign on .... what coils does it have the original with just a connector or the newer...
