By the looks of it I used a long socket extension and sleeved it with plastic conduit to protect the bike from marks. Obviously both sides. [ATTACH]
no..15 mins maybe 30 if you take your time and are careful. I used 2 metal bars on axle stands and supported the bike on them. The rest was easy....
Check to see if your rear suspension is on F or P. i.e.flat or progressive. I find progressive more suited to the bumpy roads in the uk.
