Hello! Tracking back through the historic posts, I'm not sure if anyone ever came up with a good solution for rebuilding the 999 brake master...
Gotta be a Walt Siegl bike... his are super recognisable. https://waltsiegl.com/
Cheers for the swift reply. Any particular compound?
as per the title... Could anyone recommend some all round pads for the front please. Everything is stock...everyday use with occasional spirited...
On my 2006 999 I can change between mph and kph by pressing a combination of buttons. The odometer also updates.
First shakedown ride after full rebuild! (cases opened, repainted, swingarm stripped repainted...etc) - Success...ordered new tyres and a battery!...
Sold...Whatever you do...don't ask my wife how I know... o_Oo_O
I do it too..:) But only a tiny, tiny dab! [ATTACH]
If pushed to choose, I would agree that the braking area is where it would be most noticeable.
Regarding fit to the bike.. I'm 5'10, 73kg and my 900ss fits like a glove... definitely 'in' not 'on' the bike. I really noticed the difference...
I'm a passionate fan of this model too! Welcome. :upyeah:
Or three if you consider heart strings...It caught my eye too!
You could try a Seal Mate: https://sealmate.net/ :upyeah:
This thread makes me jealous in all directions...;)
Only for everyone to discuss the guy's grammar skills :D
Didn't take it apart. But I think that's were I'll be going after the guage confirms the issue. :(
Bought another. Also read on Ducati.ms about lowering the oil level... Don't believe it, but tried it. I think next test is a oil pressure guage...
yeah, not good for sure.. looks like I'll be going back inside... still, any words of wisdom welcome.. :)
OK, so...worryingly... it's not the pressure switch! I'm at a bit of a loss here.. I also tried Derek's suggestion above...no change. Next on...
Isn't Brexit hilarious... The oil switch is £3.32...shipping is £7.44 and import charges are £4.05!!! I guess I'm hunting local...
